ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANT: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that upon the accompanying Declaration of Francesco Di Pietro, dated December 9, 2022, the Statement of Damages, and the Affidavit of Nicolo Zerbone, together with the Exhibits annexed thereto, and upon the pleadings and prior proceedings had herein; and the Supplemental Declaration of Daniel Hoffman dated 12/16/22 and the attached Certificate of Default (ECF No. 10). ORDERED that Defendant, Mickey Group Inc. a/k/a Mickey Forest, shall respond in writing to this Order to Show Cause for a default judgment by 1/5, 2023. If the Defendant fails to respond by that date, judgment may be entered against the Defendant and the Defendant will have no trial. That Plaintiff, Interglobo North America, Inc., may reply by 1/10, 2023. ORDERED that Plaintiff Interglobo North America, Inc., shall serve a copy of this Order to Show Cause together with a copy of the papers upon which it is granted, by 12/21/2022 and shall file proof of service by 1/3/2023.
