Lugosch v. Pyramid Co. of Onondaga, 435 F.3d 110, 124 (2d Cir. 2006). On the present record, I do not find that there are sufficient grounds to justify either the sealing or redaction of the Petition, Memorandum of Law, and supporting exhibits submitted by Petitioners, even accounting for the redactions already made in the Petition and Memorandum of Law. Accordingly, by December 6, 2022, Petitioner shall submit a further letter with proposed redactions to their Petition, Memorandum of Law, and any supporting exhibits.
