January 20, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 12 NOTICE OF REASSIGNMENT: This case has been reassigned to this Court. Within three weeks of the filing of this Order, the parties are hereby ORDERED to confer and prepare, and Defendants are ORDERED to file on ECF and serve on pro se Plaintiff, a joint letter updating the Court on the status of the case.
