STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR DEFENDANT, PEG PEREGO USA, INC., TO ANSWER COMPLAINT: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned attorneys that Defendants time to respond to the complaint be extended. Per the Courts rules, we submit the following information: 1. The answer is due January 23, 2023 2. This is the first request for an extension of time to answer. 3. I spoke with Mars Khiamov, Esq., of Mars Khiamov, PLLC, counsel for plaintiff in this action. They consent to a 60 day extension of defendants time to answer the complaint. 4. We seek this extension of time to continue our efforts to resolve this case without court intervention. The parties are actively engaged in settlement discussions with the exchange of information of analysis of claims, defenses and a settlement demand. The parties believe these discussions will lead to an amicable resolution within the 60 days.. 5. This extension of time will not interfere with any scheduled conferences or deadlines scheduled by this court. 6. Defendant acknowledges that this request is not within 48 hours as per this Courts rules and apologizes for the late request.
