ORDER granting #20 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. Defendant Lottery.com's request is GRANTED. All Defendants, including those who stipulated to a shorter extension (ECF No. 18), shall respond to the Complaint no later than March 19, 2023. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties shall confer forthwith, but no later than ten (10) days prior to the Initial Pretrial Conference, as to whether this action should be consolidated with Million v. Lottery.com, Inc., et. al., 1:22-cv-0711 (JRL) (S.D.N.Y.). The parties shall address their positions in the joint letter due seven (7) days prior to the Initial Pretrial Conference. STIPULATION AND SCHEDULING ORDER NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, SUBJECT TO COURT APPROVAL, THAT: 1. Moving Defendants shall file their response to the Complaint by February 16, 2023. 2. The Parties have discussed the possibility of consolidating this action with the Prior Action for purposes of scheduling, but agree that it is prudent to not adopt that schedule until the remaining Defendants have appeared and all parties can confer.
