As the case involves a challenge to a final decision by the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 405(g), it is subject to the Supplemental Rules for Social Security Actions and Chief Judge Swains Standing Order Regarding Briefing of Social Security Cases, No. 22-MC-329. To conserve resources, to promote judicial efficiency, and in an effort to achieve a faster disposition of this matter, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties must discuss whether they are willing to consent, under 28 U.S.C. 636(c), to conducting all further proceedings before the assigned Magistrate Judge.
