STIPULATION OF PARTIES TO STAY PROCEEDINGS PENDING COMPLETION OF MEDIATION AND ORDER: NOW, THEREFORE, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE COURT, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED: This action is stayed in its entirety pending the parties' completion of mediation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute in mediation or otherwise within four (4) months from the date of this Order, the parties shall advise the Court of the same within five (5) court days of the parties' reaching an impasse and the Court shall schedule a status conference at its earliest convenience. Defendants shall file their responses to the Complaint within twenty-one (21) days of any further Order of this Court lifting the stay.
