STIPULATION TO AMENDED PLEADINGS NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto, through their respective counsel, that: 1. Plaintiffs may file the Amended Complaint under FRCP 15(a)(2), a copy of which pleading is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 2. Defendant shall answer, move or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint within 90 days from the date upon which Defendant receives Plaintiffs billing records so that the Parties may have sufficient time to try to resolve the matter through settlement. 3. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that this Stipulation can be executed in counterparts and/or by using electronic, scanned or telefaxed signatures, with the same effect as original signatures.
