STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING DEFENDANT'S TIME TO ANSWER, MOVE, OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between attorneys for the Plaintiff Donna Hedges, and for Defendant, Randolph Engineering, Inc., that the time for Defendant to answer, move or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs Complaint be, and hereby is, extended to and including June 16, 2023. Plaintiff filed the Complaint on April 4, 2023. Plaintiff served the Complaint on Defendant on April 25, 2023. Absent the requested extension, Defendant's response to the Complaint would be due May 16, 2023. After being served with the Complaint, Defendant sought counsel and the parties initiated settlement discussions. Defendant requests this extension of time to ensure adequate time for these negotiations and to effectively and fully respond to the Complaint, and Plaintiff consents to the request. There has been no previous request for extension or continuance of time in connection with this matter. The parties do not anticipate that granting this request will require moving any other deadlines in this case. An Initial Conference currently is set for August 8, 2023. No provision of this Stipulation and Order shall be construed as a waiver of, and the parties expressly reserve, any and all claims and defenses. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge John G.
