More than 30 days have elapsed since the Court's February 8, 2023 Memorandum and Order at #13 directing plaintiff to show cause why his case should not be transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Plaintiff has not responded. Accordingly, the Court orders that the case be transferred under 28 U.S.C. 1406(a) to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
