Filing 11 STIPULATION AND ORDER OF SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL: IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the Parties, that Plaintiff's claims in this action shall be settled and compromised on the following terms and conditions: 1. The Action is hereby dismissed with prejudice without interest, cost, expenses, disbursement, or fees to any party. 2. This Stipulation and Order of Settlement and Dismissal (the "Stipulation")shall not constitute CBP's admission of Plaintiff's alleged facts in the complaint or otherwise in this Action, nor of any liability or fault on the part of CBP, or any of United States of America's (the "Government") present or former departments, agencies, agents, officials, or employees, nor shall it be deemed to be an admission that they have acted in any manner or way that was negligent in connection with the claims asserted in this Action, or were the cause of any injuries sustained by Plaintiff, in connection with the claims asserted in this Action. The Stipulation shall not be admissible with respect to, nor is it related to, any other litigation or settlement negotiations, as further set forth. SO ORDERED.
