ORDER: Having considered the relevant factors, the Court believes that the interests of justice and better served by transferring this case to the Eastern District of New York. It is true that one factorPlaintiff's choice of forumweighs against transfer. But several other factorsincluding the convenience of witnesses, the location of relevant evidence, and the locus of operative factsweight in favor of transfer. The Court is particularly mindful of the fact that, as it stated in the order to show cause, no facts relevant to this case occurred in this District. As a result, this case will be transferred to the Eastern District of New York. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer this case to the Eastern District of New York without delay.
