(n/k/a Sphere Entertainment Co.) to answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action is extended sine die pending the Court's decision on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss in the related case Aaron Gross and Jacob Blumenkrantz v. Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (n/k/a Sphere Entertainment Co.), Case No. 1:23-cv-03380-LAK-JLC (the "Gross Action"). IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that within 30 days of the Court issuing an Order resolving the above-referenced Motion to Dismiss in the related Gross Action, the parties shall jointly report to the Court on a proposed course of action with respect to this lawsuit and a schedule for any further proceedings.
