STIPULATION TO FREEZE ASSETS HELD AT CITIGROUP: Plaintiff Jose Ignacio Carvajal Zarabozo and Defendant Citigroup Inc., through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate that Citigroup will freeze assets held in the checking account ("Account 0415") savings account ("Account 9545") and CPWM account ("Account 1859") maintained by decedent Manuel Suarez until this matter is resolved by a settlement by the plaintiff with any other party claiming ownership of the disputed funds or until the Court directs the distribution of the assets.
