STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING CONSOLIDATION AND APPOINTMENT OF CO-LEAD COUNSEL: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, and upon approval and entry by the Court shall be ORDERED, as follows: 1. The above-captioned actions are hereby consolidated for all purposes into Civil Action No. 1:23-cv-07840-RA (the "Consolidated Action"). 2. All documents previously filed to date in either of the Derivative Actions shall be deemed part of the record in the Consolidated Action. 3. The Consolidated Action shall bear the following caption: IN RE STRONGHOLD DIGITAL MINING, INC. STOCKHOLDER DERIVATIVE LITIGATION: Lead Case No. 1:23-cv-07840-RA. 4. All papers filed in connection with the Consolidated Action will be maintained in one file under Lead Case No. 1:23-cv-07840-RA. 5.
