In light of the parties' stipulation, the Court has concluded that it lacks subject-matter jurisdiction over this matter. The Court therefore orders that this case, Index #804898-23E, be remanded to New York Supreme Court, Bronx County, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(c).
