STIPULATION TO LIMIT DAMAGES THE PARTIES STIPULATE AND AGREE: The plaintiff's damages, if any, are limited, collectively, to a maximum of $74,500.00, exclusive of costs and interest. In consideration of the plaintiff stipulating and agreeing to limit his damages, collectively, to a maximum of $74,500.00, exclusive of costs and interest, the defendants agree to allow plaintiff to remand this case to State Court, Supreme Court, Bronx County. In light of the parties' stipulation, the Court has concluded that it lacks subject-matter jurisdiction over this matter.
