SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE ORDER: A settlement conference is scheduled for Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held telephonically. ORDER: On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, the Honorable Vernon S. Broderick assigned this matter to my docket for settlement. In light of the Court's busy calendar, settlement conferences must generally be scheduled at least six to eight weeks in advance.
