Filing 12 STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the attorneys for plaintiff Jocelyn Ojeda ("Plaintiff") and the attorneys for defendants Ian Schrager, IS Chrystie Management LLC d/b/a Public Hotel, and IS Development, LLC (collectively, "Defendants"), that the time for Defendants to answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action is extended to and including December 4, 2023. The purpose of this request is to provide sufficient time for Defendants and counsel to properly investigate the allegations in the complaint and to prepare the response. Plaintiff filed her Complaint on September 18, 2023, and the Defendants' current deadline to respond is November 12, 2023. This is Defendants' second request for an extension of this deadline (the initial deadline was October 13, 2023). Plaintiff consents to the extension. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Plaintiff's response to any motion filed by Defendants will be due on or before January 4, 2024, and Defendants' reply will be due on or before January 18, 2024. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that facsimile or electronic signatures shall be treated as originals. So ordered.
