ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE On November 2, 2023, the Court ordered Plaintiff to serve a complaint on Defendant by November 16, 2023, or alternatively to show cause why service had not been made. Dkt. 5. That deadline has passed, yet the docket reflects neither. The Court therefore sua sponte extends the deadline to do so until December 1, 2023. If the Court does not receive any communication from Plaintiff by that date, the Court may dismiss this case for failure to prosecute.
