Filing 6 CIVIL JUDGMENT: For the reasons stated in the November 14, 2023, order, this action is dismissed. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from the Court's judgment would not be taken in good faith. SO ORDERED. Filing 5 ORDER OF DISMISSAL: By order dated October 2, 2023, the Court directed Plaintiff, within thirty days, to submit a completed prisoner authorization or pay the $402.00 in fees required to file a civil action in this court. That order specified that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the complaint. Plaintiff has not filed a prisoner authorization or paid the fees. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to enter judgment in this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain on 11/14/2023) (tg) Modified on 11/16/2023 (tg). |
