CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: All parties do not consent to conducting all further proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial. Depositions shall be completed by March 15, 2024. All expert discovery, including expert depositions, shall be completed no later than June 30, 2024. The parties shall be ready for trial on two weeks following the Final Pretrial Order. This case is to be tried to a jury. Counsel for the parties have conferred and their present best estimate of the length of trial is 3-4 days. The Initial Pretrial Conference scheduled for November 17, 2023 is adjourned.
