ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff Nubai 30 days' leave to show the Court, by the filing of a notice of appearance, that it is being represented by an attorney in this action or to file a declaration that explains why Plaintiff Martin is permitted to assert claims in this action on behalf of Plaintiff Nubai pro se. Plaintiffs shall file the required notice of appearance or declaration by December 1, 2023. A declaration form is attached to this order for Plaintiff Martin's convenience. Defendants need not respond to this action until directed by the Court. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962) (holding that an appellant demonstrates good faith when he seeks review of a nonfrivolous issue). SO ORDERED.
