Defendant is apprised that Rule 4(d)(e) states that "[w]aiving service of a summons does not waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or to venue." In the event the parties are unable to come to agreement on waiving service, Plaintiff shall effectuate proper service within the period of time required under the Rules.
