ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION WITH TEMPORARY RESTRAINTS: ORDERED that the above-named Defendants shall show cause before this Court, at Courtroom 24A, United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street and State of New York, on November 17, 2023 at 11:00am or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an order should not be issued pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure preliminarily enjoining and restraining Defendants, and their agents, officers, investors, trustees, employees, successors, heirs, and assigns, and any other person under their direction or control, whether acting individually or in concert with others, or through any corporate or other entity or device through which one or more of them may now or hereafter act or conduct business, as further set forth.
