ORDER: Candor with the Court is extremely important and applies to unrepresented ("pro se") litigants as well as attorneys. Because plaintiff's statement in the email matches what defendant represented to the Court in its December 20 letter, plaintiff is directed to file a letter to the Court on or before January 16,2024, explaining why the Court should not find that plaintiff herself provided false information to the Court when she stated in her January 2 letter that defendants representation was "false and inaccurate."
