Chen's declaration must allege facts demonstrating that the Court has diversity of citizenship jurisdiction of this action. A declaration form is attached to this order. If Chen fails to comply with this order within the prescribed time, the Court will remand this action under 28 U.S.C. 1447(c) to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf. Coppedge v.
