Since Defendant is a limited liability company, Defendant must appear by counsel in order to defend this case. See Lattanzio v. COMTA, 481 F.3d 137, 140 (2d Cir. 2007) ("a limited liability company... may appear in federal court only through a licensed attorney"). No later than March 22, 2024, Defendant shall appear by counsel and file its response to the Complaint.
