ORDER: For the reasons given at today's initial pre-trial conference, the Court stays discovery in this case pending the resolution of Defendant's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 11). Plaintiff shall file his amended complaint by February 16, 2024. If Plaintiff amends his Complaint, Defendant shall submit a letter within two business days of the filing of the First Amended Complaint, stating whether it intends to submit a new motion to dismiss or rest on its original motion.
