Ready for Trial by 9/2/2024.I have reviewed the parties' proposed case management plan and scheduling order. The parties' case management plan and schedule is GRANTED. Fact discovery is to be completed by May 31, 2024. The parties shall update the Court on the status of discovery by filing joint letters, as follows: By April 5, 2024, the parties will file a joint status letter on the docket confirming that they have served initial disclosures; initial requests for the production of documents; interrogatories and requests for admission.The letter must also include an update about whether an Independent Medical Examination has been scheduled or completed. By May 8, 2024, the parties will file a joint status letter with an update on the status of fact depositions and whether a Court-annexed mediation or settlement conference would be productive. By June 5, 2024, the parties will file a joint status letter to inform the Court about the schedule for any remaining expert discovery and, if Defendant intends to move for summary judgment, then the letter must include a proposed briefing schedule for the motion.
