March 20, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff initiated this action by filing a complaint on January 30, 2024. [ECF No. 1]. Affidavits of service of summons and complaint were filed on the docket on March 4, 2024. [ECF Nos. 7, 8]. According to those summons, Defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's answer to the complaint was due February 29, 2024. [ECF No. 7]. No response was filed, and Plaintiff has not prosecuted this case against Defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to date. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, by March 29, 2024, Plaintiff shall file a letter showing cause why this case should not be dismissed against Defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff is on notice that it is ultimately responsible for prosecuting its case, and this case may be dismissed because of its chosen counsel's failure to prosecute this case. See Link v. Wabash R.
