Filing 10 STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME TO ANSWER IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between undersigned counsel for Plaintiff, The Phoenix Insurance Company, and a representative of Defendant James River Insurance Company ("James River"), that the time for James River to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this matter has been extended to April 20, 2024. It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant's time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint shall be extended to April 20, 2024. Future requests for adjournments or extensions of time must be made by letter-motion not by stipulation, pursuant to Rule I(A)(5) of the Court's Individual Rules & Practices. Such requests must be made at least two business days prior to the original date(s). Untimely future requests may be denied on the basis of their untimeliness alone. The dates and deadlines related to default judgment, including Plaintiff's deadline to file a motion for default judgment, as directed by the Court's Order dated March 25, 2024 (Dkt. No. 8) are adjourned sine die. The dates set forth in the Court's March 11, 2024 Order are reinstated: to wit, Initial Pre-Trial Conference on May 14, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., and Proposed Case Management Plan and joint letter due by May 7, 2024.
