STIPULATED ORDER: This Stipulation is made by and between the attorneys for Plaintiffs HUZHOU CHUANGTAI RONGYUAN INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PARTNERSHIP, HUZHOU HUIHENGYING EQUITY INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP, and HUZHOU HUIRONGSHENG EQUITY INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ("Plaintiffs") and Defendants BRYN MAWR TRUST COMPANY OF DELAWARE ("Bryn Mawr") and TRIDENT TRUST COMPANY ("Trident", collectively with Bryn Mawr, the "Trustee Defendants"). 1) Bryn Mawr is the trustee, protector, representative, and/or fiduciary to Defendants I Love GLE Trust and Applegreen Family Trust, and Trident is the trustee, protector, representative, and/or fiduciary to Defendant Qin Family Trust (collectively with I Love GLE Trust and Applegreen Family Trust, the "Trust Defendants"). 2) Plaintiffs and the Trustee Defendants agree that the Preliminary Injunction Order entered by the Court on April 26, 2024 (ECF No. 95) applies to the Trustee Defendants solely intheir capacity as trustees, protectors, representatives, and/or fiduciaries to the Trus tDefendants, and not generally as corporate entities. 3) Notwithstanding paragraph 2, nothing in this Stipulation limits the applicability of the Preliminary Injunction Order to the Trust Defendants or any additional trusts, whether represented by the Trustee Defendants or otherwise, that may be identified by Plaintiffs in the course of this action with prompt notice to the Trustee Defendants (or known by Trustee Defendants) for which Defendants (i) Hui Qin (a/k/a Muk Lam Li, Li Muk Lam, Hui Hui Qin, Karl Qin, Hui Quin), (ii) Duo Liu (a/k/a Emma Liu), (iii) Xuemin Liu, (iv) Ruolei Liu, or anyone related to them through marriage or consanguinity (the " QinFamily Defendants") have any interest or involvement, including, but not limited to, as settlor, grantor, direct or indirect beneficiary, trust protector, trustee, or administrator (the "Unidentified Trust Defendants"). To the extent the Trustee Defendants serve as a trustee, protector, representative, and/or fiduciary for any Unidentified Trust Defendant, they agree the Preliminary Injunction Order also binds them in that capacity.
