ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE My Order To Show Cause of May 17, 2024 (ECF 10) indicated that to satisfy the Order, Defendants would have to (1) file a response to the complaint and (2) provide a declaration explaining the reason for the failure timely to respond to the complaint. Defendant Shogy Marketplace Corporation has performed the first of these requirements but not the second. The individual defendant has performed neither of these requirements. Both defendants are reminded that they have until May 28, 2024 to satisfy my Order To Show Cause, and that failure to do so may result in an order instructing Plaintiff to seek a default judgment against any non-complying defendants.
