ORDER granting 34 Letter Motion to Stay ; granting 35 Letter Motion to Stay. The Court ORDERS as follows: WIOC's unopposed motion to intervene is GRANTED; Unless and until the Court orders otherwise, the briefing schedule set forth at ECF No. 33 shall apply to both motions to quash. Applicant shall file a single, consolidated memorandum of law in opposition to both motions to quash. Because compliance with the subpoenas would moot the motions to quash, the motions to stay are GRANTED unless and until the Court orders otherwise. If Applicant believes that compliance should not remain stayed, she shall file an opposition to the motions, not to exceed four pages, by April 21, 2025. The Clerk of Court is directed (1) to correct the docket entry for ECF No. 33 to reflect the fact that it pertains to ECF No. 21, not ECF No. 30; and (2) to terminate ECF Nos. 34 and 35. SO ORDERED. Boyle, is authorized to serve the subpoenas attached as Exhibits 11 and 12 to the Declaration of Dan G. Boyle, ECF Nos. 4-11, 4-12, on Respondents, together with a copy of this Order, no later than thirty days from the date of this Order.1 No later than the same date, and before serving the subpoena on Respondents, Applicant shall provide actual notice and courtesy copies of the subpoena, application, and supporting documents t o the party or parties against whom the requested discovery is likely to be used through any such partys counsel, or if the identity of such partys counsel is unknown, on that party directly. See In re Application of Sarrio, S.A., 119 F.3d 143, 14 8 (2d Cir. 1997) ([T]he ultimate targets of a § 1782 discovery order issued to third parties have standing to challenge the district courts power to issue a subpoena under the terms of an authorizing statute. (internal quotation marks omitt ed)). Applicant shall promptly file proof of such service on ECF.
