Filing 25 OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons in this Opinion and Order, defendants' motion to compel arbitration is granted. The case is stayed pending the outcome of arbitration before FINRA. The arbitration is to resolve only those of Christensen's claims, which the arbitral panel, upon its view of the claims as informed by the factual record that develops, determines are direct in nature. The parties are directed to submit a joint status letter to the Court, advising it as to the status of ar bitration proceedings, every 90 days, measured from the date of this Opinion.
