MEMORANDUM DECISION:Upon a de novo review of the record, the Court DENIES the motion to enforce the settlement agreement(Doc.#42). The Court adopts the Magistrate Judge Paul E. Davison's recommendation regarding the motion for sanctions and DENI ES it (Doc. #52). In addition, the Court adopts Magistrate Judge Paul E Davison's Recommendation as to the motion to dismiss and DENIES it (Doc. # 45).
