Filing 22 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting 7 Motion to Dismiss; granting 15 Motion to Dismiss.... For the foregoing reasons, the County Defendants Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED without prejudice, except as to the Probation Department, the Motion of wh ich is granted with prejudice. Defendant Krolls Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED with prejudice. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motions (Docs. 7, 15) and enter judgment for Defendant Kroll. If a second amended compla int is not filed by August 13, 2009, the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment for the remaining Defendants. If a second amended complaint is filed by August 13, 2009, Plaintiff and the County Defendants are directed to appear at a case management conference on September 11, 2009 at 9:15 am. So Ordered..
