Filing 81 OPINION AND ORDER re: 57 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint filed by Village of Goshen, Andrew Scolza, 65 MOTION to Dismiss filed by County Of Orange, 60 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Mary Kay Jankowski, Board of Education Goshen Central School District. For the reasons stated herein, Defendants' motions to dismiss are granted in part and denied in part. All claims against the Individual Defendants are dismissed, as are Plaintiffs' substantive due process claims, P arent Plaintiffs' procedural due process claims, and Parent Plaintiffs' Fourth Amendment search claims related to their interview at CPS and T.C.P.'s in-school interview. Defendants' motions to dismiss all other claims are denied. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motions. (Dkt. Nos. 57, 60, & 65.) (Signed by Judge Kenneth M.
