MEMORANDUM DECISION:For the foregoing reasons, plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment (Doc. #32) is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall provide the Court with a proposed judgment stating a total amount owed by defendants, which shall include a calculation of interest due on the unpaid withdrawal liability, an affidavit of attorneys' fees and costs, and a calculation of liquidated damages, if any.
