Filing 32 OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings Dismissing the Complaint filed by Albert Silverman, Pre Properties LLC. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings to dismiss Plaintiff's (1) § 1981 third-party contract; (2) malicious prosecution; (3) abuse of process; (4) injurious falsehood; (5) unfair competition based on dispara gement; (6) tortious interference with business relations; and (7) fraudulent misrepresentation claims is GRANTED. Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings to dismiss Plaintiff's (1) §1981 direct contract claim with PRE and (2) § 1982 claim is DENIED. Plaintiff's request for leave to amend the Complaint is DENIED. The Clerk's Office is respectfully directed to terminate the motion (Doc. 20). SO ORDERED.
