An LSAT exam applicant diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder ('ADD') sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act, because her accommodation requests were denied by the Law School Admissions Council.

Plaintiff Meghan Larywon's accommodation requests sought extra time to take the exam, and get 15 minute breaks between each section. Her most recent request was denied for the June 6, 2011 LSAT, and her earlier request was denied for the Sept. 7, 2010 test.
