Parker (11-CV-7264) Federal and state fals e arrest claims against Officer Bosan and the County of Westchester; Federal and state malicious prosecution claims against Officer Bosan and the County of Westchester; Federal excessive force and state assault and battery claims against Officer Bosan and the County of Westchester. Hinds (11-CV-7265) State assault claims against Officer Hess and the Village of Pleasantville; Federal and state false arrest claims against Officer Jacobsen and the Town of Mount Pleasant; Federal e xcessive force and state assault and battery claims against Officer Jacobsen and the Town of Mount Pleasant. Romanick (11-CV-7267) Federal excessive force and state assault and battery claims against Officer Winsman and the County of Westchester . All other claims are dismissed. The Court will hold a conference on January 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM to discuss the status of the cases. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending Motions. (See Dkt.
