Filing 95 OPINION & ORDER: The Good Samaritan Defendants' motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part in accordance with this opinion. Dr. Mankowitz's motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part in accordance with this opinion. Dr. Cartmill' ;s motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part in accordance with this opinion. The Rockland County Defendants' motion is GRANTED in its entirety. All claims are dismissed except for Plaintiff's medical malpractice and § 1983 claims , which survive to the extent that they are asserted against Dr. Mankowitz, Dr. Cartmill, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Jane Doe 2. This dismissal is without prejudice, except as to the state-law claims against the Rockland County Defendants, whic h are dismissed with prejudice for failure to comply with notice-of-claim requirements. It is further ORDERED that the stay of discovery entered pursuant to Magistrate Judge Lisa Margaret Smith's September 9, 2014 Order (see ECF No. 64) is li fted. The remaining Defendants are directed to notify Judge Smith of this Order, and the parties are directed to agree to a revised discovery schedule and furnish same to Judge Smith within seven (7) days of the date of this Order. The Court respe ctfully directs the Clerk to (1) terminate the motions at ECF Nos. 42, 50, 59, and 91; (2) terminate Summit Park Hospital, Dr. Kouyoumdjian, Ms. Gates, Dr. Yoon, and Jane Doe 1 as parties; and (3) amend the caption to reflect their removal from the case.
