September 30, 2015	Filing 60 OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is granted in full, and Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is granted in part and denied in part. The 2014 Law's restrictions on political signs are unconstitutional, and the enforcement of its restrictions on such signs is enjoined. The 2011 and 2013 Laws were also unconstitutional insofar as they regulated political signs, and the amount of damages to which Plaintiff is entitled from her facial and as-applied challenges will be determined by inquest. The 2014 Law's restrictions on political signs are unconstitutional, and the enforcement of its restrictions on such signs is enjoined.
