OPINION AND ORDER: In light of the foregoing analysis, the Court grants in part and denies in part Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. Specifically, the Motion is denied as to Plaintiffs' constructive trust claim and granted as to Plaintiffs' adverse possession claim.
