For the foregoing reasons, the Court awards Plaintiff reasonable legal fees in the amountof$24,890.55 (� 36;24,735.75 plus $154.80), and $868.89 in costs, with interest as of January 5, 2017 (the date summary judgement was granted). For the foregoing reasons, Verdier' s motion to amend and for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in p art. The Court finds that Plaintiff is only entitled to benefits in the amount of $123,202 under the terms of the Agreement, and grants partial summary judgment in favor of the Defendant on this point. The Court denies Plaintiff's motion t o amend, and grants Plaintiff's request for attorney's fees and prejudgment interest. This matter is hereby referred to Magistrate Judge Lisa M. Smith for an inquest regarding attorneys' fees and a determination regarding an appropriate award of prejudgment interest.
