Filing 84 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 77 MOTION for Reconsideration, filed by Basheen Rush. The motion for reconsideration is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff's first claim is reinstated against defendant Mu'min only. The C lerk is instructed to (i) reinstate Imam Hasan A. Mu'min as a defendant in this action, (ii) terminate the motion (Doc. #77), and (iii) mail a copy of this Memorandum Opinion and Order to plaintiff at his address as it appears on the docket. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
