Plaintiff is directed to provide the Court and opposing counsel an affidavit with contemporaneous time records in support of its request for attorneys' fees. The parties should notify the Court on or before December 11, 2017 if they have r eached an agreement regarding attorneys' fees. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement by that date, the matter will be referred to the Honorable Lisa Margaret Smith for a hearing. SO ORDERED.
