OPINION & ORDER re: 34 MOTION for Summary Judgment and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, MOTION for Default Judgment as to Portfolio Recovery Associates., LLC filed by Citbank, N.A. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff� 39;s Motion for Summary Judgment is granted, and its Motion for Default Judgment is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff is instructed to follow the Court's individual practice and procedures for seeking default judgment.
