For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's M otion is denied. Because discovery is needed in order to ascertain the timeliness of both the IDEA claims and the Section 504 and ADA claims relating to the 2011-2012 school year, within 30 days of the date of this Opinion & Order, the Parties are to submit a proposed discovery schedule. Briefing on any motions for summary judgment with respect to the IDEA claims will be stayed until the Parties have had an adequate opportunity to conduct discovery with respect to the timeliness of those claims.
